Born in Gainesville, FL and raised outside of Raleigh, NC, Tia built her expertise from the ground up. Cold calling, training sales teams, managing offices, and handling client retention for over 4,300 companies nationwide, from scrappy startups to established corporations of all industries. Beyond her client work, Tia has grown her own personal brand across four platforms to a combined 200K+ followers and millions of monthly views. She founded Sona Consulting on a simple principle: lead with strategies that already work. When her clients win, she wins. Outside the office, Tia is a proud boy mom and labradoodle lover.
